Certified Worker of Confined Space Operation (Revalidation)
Lession Outline

According to the new policy announced by Labour Department , effective from 25 September 2019, the total course hours of Certified Worker of Confined Space Operation (Revalidation) will be changed to 7 hours instead of 3.5 hours.

  

 

Training Focus

The Factories and Industrial Undertakings (Confined Spaces) Regulation regulates workers shall hold a valid certificate to work in the confined space. This certificate issued under FIUO carries an expiry date.  Upon expiry, the certificate holder has to successfully complete a recognized revalidation course.

 

Award

“Certificate of Certified Workers” will be issued to student who have 100 % attendance and with 75% of the total marks in the test.

 

Admission Requirements 

Possess a “Certificate for Certified Worker” which will be expired within 6 months or expired for not more than 3 months.

Fee

HK$400.00 per person  (Student may pay in cash on the day of the class)

Remarks: With cheque payment, please make cheque payable to “Occupational Safety and Health Management Institute” and send to “4/F, Tai Shing Commercial (Yaumati) Building, 498-500 Nathan Road, Kowloon” at least 7 days prior to the class for seat reservation.  Course name, date, name of the student and his contact number should be stated on the back page of cheque.

  

Medium of Instruction

Cantonese is the primary medium. Teaching materials & examination paper will be in Chinese.  English is also provided as medium of instruction with English terminology of handout. Please contact us for more details.
