Display Screen Equipment Assessment Training Course

Training Focus
The Occupational Safety & Health (Display Screen Equipment) Regulation was approved on 24 April 2002 and will be brought into operation after a grace period of 12 months. Under the Regulation, a person responsible for a workplace should perform a risk assessment of a workstation in the workplace. The objective of the course is to provide specific OSH training to persons who should produce the risk assessment so as to take action to reduce the risks.

3. Risk Assessment of a workstation in the workplace
4. Development of Control Measures
5. Practical Exercise

 

Award
Training certificate will be issued to students who have 100% attendance and passed the written examination.

  • Those going to undertake DSE Workstation Assessments
  • Those undertaking DSE Workstation Assessment, who would like a refresher Course
  • Health & Safety Officers and Managers
  • Health & Administration Personnel

 

Medium of Instruction
Cantonese is the primary medium of instruction and English terms are used where applicable. Teaching materials and examination paper will be in Chinese.
